Medium Range (MR) product tanker TP Endurance, built in 2020, completed her first special survey and dry docking this week in Singapore. Although the vessel was built according to the latest “ECO” standards, we did look for ways to improve her environmental footprint further. During her dry-dock we implemented various energy saving measures. A Propellor Boss Cap Fin (PBCF) was fitted and all light systems were upgraded to LED. Furthermore, a premium anti-fouling silicon coating was applied. From earlier experience we have learned that these investments will indeed result in energy savings. Upon completion of her dry dock the vessel immediately commenced a new Time Charter and proceeded to load in Singapore.
